Goal

- Stand or sit upright.
- Lift both shoulders toward the ears.
- Roll both shoulders back, squeezing shoulder blades together.
- Lower shoulders down.
- Move shoulders forward to complete the circle.
- Perform several repetitions in both directions.
- Breathe calmly and evenly throughout.

Common mistakes
- Moving only the shoulders without engaging the shoulder blades.
- Moving the neck instead of isolating the shoulders.
