Step-by-step guide

  3. Gently tilt your head to the right, right ear toward right shoulder.
  4. Actively press the left shoulder down to deepen the stretch.
  5. Keep the forehead level – do not tilt forward or back.
  6. Feel the stretch along the left side of the neck.
  7. Slowly return to center, then switch sides.

Breathing cues

  • Breathe calmly and evenly.
  • With each exhale, ease a little deeper into the stretch.

Common mistakes

  • Lifting the shoulder instead of actively pressing it down.
  • Letting the head fall forward instead of tilting sideways.

Recommended volume

2 to 3 holds of 30 seconds per side.
